Shipping costs for orders to be fitted at Albany Tyres, 533 Dairy Flat Highway, Albany are included in the prices shown on albanytyres.co.nz. For shipping to anywhere else in New Zealand, you must contact an Albany Tyres representative prior to purchase for shipping costs. Shipping prices are calculated based on your postcode and the weight of the tyre. Therefore, not every tyre will have the same shipping fee.

Please allow 2 working days for Albany Tyres to dispatch your order – Shipping time is additional. Monday to Friday.
North Island 1-2 working days estimate only.
South Island: 2-5 working days estimate only.
Delivery details:
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses which have been supplied, or non-delivery due to addresses without safe access.
Pick ups:
You can select pick up at 533 Dairy Flat Highway, Albany, Auckland. Please mention in the notes box at checkout that you will be picking the order up. Collection details will be provided once your order is received and ready for collection.
I Ordered the Wrong Size:
If you have placed an order and need to change your size or cancel the order, please contact us at dean@albanytyres.co.nz, and we will be able to assist you further.
Damages:
If your item arrives damaged this must be reported within 24 hours. All original packaging must also be kept. This is just so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
Non delivery:
All non-deliveries must be reported within 10 days of dispatch. This is so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
