If you are not happy with the product or service provided, please contact us at dean@albanytyres.co.nz or on 09 415 9892 so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you decide that you no longer require the tyres after making payment online, but before they are fitted, please email dean@albanytyres.co.nz to arrange for a refund to be processed against your credit card. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
Once the tyres are fitted to your vehicle, they cannot be returned unless in the case of a manufacturing defect.
